Description
Immersion Heating Element
WARNING: Never operate the element dry. Heating elements must be completely covered with water before operation!
Our GOLDMAN SERVICE heating element is used in industrial applications to supplement the main heating system where hot-water consumption is high, or to avoid unnecessary boiler starts when hot-water demand is low. Designed to operate submerged in water; temperature regulating devices and thermostats must be installed.
Made from INCOLOY or stainless steel tubing with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Flanged heating elements are among the most widely used industrial components for heating fluids in tanks by direct immersion. Installation is recommended at the bottom of the tank, where an opening with a counterflange or female fitting is required.
Includes an insulating seal. Allows single-phase and three-phase electrical connection.
Can heat large volumes of water wherever a temperature increase is needed to reach the desired operating temperature. Improves the energy efficiency of any hot-water installation. Suitable for new installations, repairs or supplementary heating in any hot-water circuit: solar energy, storage tanks in gyms, livestock facilities, construction, hospitals, hotels, catering, food service, industry, bain-maries, campsites, caravans and much more!
