Description

The 3-in-1 Manual Tube Bender is an essential tool for precise bending of copper, aluminium, brass and other soft-metal tubing. Perfect for ventilation and air conditioning systems, this manual tool accurately bends tubes up to 180° in diameters of 1/4″, 5/16″ and 3/8″ (6, 8 and 10 mm).

Please note: For bending tubes with a wall thickness of ≤0.8 mm. Not suitable for solid or hard steel tubes.

Technical specifications:

Item type: Manual tube bender

Material: Carbon steel

Bending radius: 0–180°

Application: Suitable for small tubes of 1/4″ (6 mm), 5/16″ (8 mm) and 3/8″ (10 mm).

For air conditioning refrigerant and automotive fuel lines. Suitable for bending round copper tubes, aluminium tubes and copper tubes.

How to use:

1. Lift the tube bender handle and ensure the tube is in the correctly sized groove. Make sure the top of the tube touches the support. 2. Mark the point where the bend is needed, ensuring that the “0” on the handle aligns with the mark. Slowly lower the handle until the “o” aligns with the desired angle. 3. For a bend to the left of the mark, align the tube mark with the letter “L” and repeat the bending movement. For a bend to the right, position the tube mark at “R”.
